Residential Project Designer

Brief Job Description
As a Residential Project Designer, you’ll be responsible for leading the design phase of our remodeling projects. This includes:
- Translating client goals into smart, beautiful, and buildable designs
- Preparing plans, scope of work, and materials selections
- Guiding clients through space planning and finish selections
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure projects run smoothly from design through construction
- Coordinating design intent with production for successful handoffs
You’ll need to handle both large and small projects with confidence, working independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Hard Skills
- 4-year degree in Interior Design (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of residential interior design or design-build experience
- Proficiency in Chief Architect or Revit (or similar 3D CAD software)
- Strong space planning, cabinet design, and construction drawing skills
- Deep understanding of material selection with respect to budget, aesthetics, and function
- Experience guiding clients through preconstruction and into the build phase
